How to Register Your Team

The team registration is the responsibility of the team captain. The captain is required to complete all player details and submit registration fee of $250.

100% of your team registration fee is donated to the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.

Each team player must sign the waiver in order to participate.  Download Waiver

Registration Options:

This year to make things a little more convenient we prefer teams pay their registration fees through the Canuck Place website. This way there will be no administration fees and you will be issued an official tax receipt online.
