How to Register Your Team

The team registration is the responsibility of the team captain. The captain is required to complete all player details and submit registration fee of $500.

Your team registration fee will be donated to the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice. 

Each team player must sign the waiver in order to participate. Please bring waiver to the tournament. Download Waiver

Registration Options:

We prefer teams pay their registration fees through the Canuck Place website. This way there will be no administration fees and you will be issued an official tax receipt online.

FUNDARAISING CHALLENGE!

This year we're offering the team who raises the MOST money for charity a free flight and two nights hotel in Vegas for each team member! 

To raise money for charity invite your friends, family, work colleagues, distant Facebook buddies and just about anyone to submit a donation through this website to receive their tax receipt and record their donation.

Be sure to have your donor write the name of your team in the section 2 "Referred By" on the Donation page.
