While each team requires 6 players, there is a maximum of 8 players. The registration fee, as stated above, includes the first 6 players on a team.

Team registration will not be complete until full payment as been recieved.

Payment for your team must be received within a week or registration. Cheques can be made out to Canuck Place Children's Hospice. Payment can be delivered to Harris Mitsubishi: 2595 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC.
